Harmony has three major areas of focus:
Educating the Congregation
We have members of the Special Needs community in our congregation here at theLong Island Church of Christ. We believe it is necessary for our congregation to learn how to communicate, interact, and serve those members with the Love of Christ.
Supporting Individuals with Disabilities
We are focused on providing support to individuals with disabilities during church services and events, providing an encouraging and inclusive environment where all may learn from the Word of God.
Supporting Special Needs Families
Families of individuals with disabilities may need support. We support the families of those with disabilities through the services we provide and also by providing a welcoming and inclusive environment to those with disabilities and their families.
